Program Purpose

The purpose of the affiliate program is to increase sales and customer numbers while providing affiliate partners with the opportunity to earn passive income.

Program Operation

• Participants in the YoloAI affiliate program promote the YoloAI service.

• Participants receive a unique promotional code that is linked to them.

• When someone registers and becomes a subscriber using their promotional code, the participant receives credits.

• The credits can be redeemed for guaranteed cash or gifts listed on https://www.getyolo.ai/affiliate.html.

Promotional Code

• The promotional code can be used during YoloAI subscription.

• Users using the promotional code receive a one-time 1,500 HUF discount on the monthly fee of the YoloAI Pro subscription package.

Commission and Credits

• The participant receives credits for each user who registers and becomes a subscriber using their promotional code.

• If the user only registers or cancels their subscription during the free trial period, the participant does not receive credits.

• One credit represents a gross value of 2,590 HUF in cash.

• Credits can be redeemed for guaranteed cash or gifts listed on https://www.getyolo.ai/affiliate.html.

Conditions for Cash Payment

• Payments can only be made against an invoice.

• If the affiliate partner is not the same person as the payment beneficiary, the affiliate party must provide written declaration about who should receive the payment from YoloAI Technologies.

Guaranteed Gifts

• Images shown for gifts are illustrations and do not guarantee the exact product.

• Actual gifts can be selected from available products.

• For higher value gifts, YoloAI Technologies reserves the right to initiate prior consultation with the participant.

Balance and Credit Tracking

• Participants can track their credit balance on the YoloAI platform under their profile.

• Credits are only earned when users become subscribers, not just for registration or if they delete their account during the trial period.

Commission Payment

• Credits can be redeemed for cash or gifts through the YoloAI platform.

• There is no minimum payout limit, and participants can request credit redemption at any time in the profile menu.

Registration Process for the Program

1. Registration on the YoloAI platform.

2. Receiving unique promotional code via email.

3. Collecting credits for users who become subscribers using the promotional code.

4. Redeeming credits for cash or gifts listed on https://www.getyolo.ai/affiliate.html.

Conditions for Participation in the Program

• Only individuals with valid email-registered YoloAI EDU active user accounts can participate.

• Participants must have legal capacity.

Restrictions

• Misuse of the promotional code results in immediate exclusion.

• One participant can only have one registered account.

• Partners must only use true and accurate information when promoting YoloAI. Misleading advertisements are prohibited.

Other Information

• The YoloAI helpdesk provides assistance with questions regarding the Affiliate Program.

• Intent to exit the program should be indicated through the YoloAI helpdesk.

Fine Print

• Partners are responsible for proper taxation of income earned through the program.

• YoloAI reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with or without prior notice.

• Participation in the program must comply with applicable laws.

• YoloAI processes personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.

• YoloAI may exclude participants who violate the terms, engage in fraud, or provide false information.
